Weather Monitor Plugin

I use the Weather Network as provider and it seem they made change on their site recently resulting in a blank icon in TLB.

Someone can confirm that or the problem is here ?

Yes, this is possible. Try to edit the provider's file.

I tried to edit the .ini provider file, but can't figure it out myself.

Could someone can help me whit that provider ?
