FLOATING DESKTOP tlb Right side moves On Bootup

Everytime I bootup or reboot My floating TLB's right side moves inward! Now I have the simarily setup on another computer and it does not...
I have checked and unchecked, locked this and that..
What am I missing?

What is your Windows version. How do you make toolbar? Is this standard windows toolbar or Standalone TLB? Can you make the screenshot before and after restart?

Win XP Pro w/ service rel Pack 2. Stand alone TLB toolbar.

Try this:
1) Move toolbar into side it must to be
2) right-click the empty space of toolbar and select "Exit"
3) Start TLB again

This will save your toolbar position.

OK, here is the just of everything.
I tried everything that you suggested.
What I found out is that if the "Show Toolbar Caption" is selected. The box/window stays the same apond booting. But, if the toolbar caption is not showing or shown, then after booting the right side of the box moves inward!
Go figure. Any suggestions???
