Hi Yuri,
I've been tracking the progress of TLBHost, but I was wondering....
[QUESTION #1]
Is there any way to make TLB *itself* portable while still being able to dock it INSIDE of the taskbar like I'm doing for the .dll file?
So, basically, everything is the same as running the .dll version of TLB, except it's an external .exe file. TLB is running WITHIN the taskbar, which is different from tlbhost.exe.
[QUESTION #2]
I noticed that TLB stores settings inside of the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\True Software
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\True Software\TrueLaunchBar
Is there any way, please please please, to give the user the OPTION of saving ALL settings to an INI file (yes, I know we can save settings to .cfg file for backup, but I'm talking active settings). Basically, I don't want TLB to use the registry for saving it's settings.
Are either/both of these possible? If not, could they be implemented?
As always your #1 TLB fan.
