RSS Feed drop down menu

I'm not sure how to explain this, but here it goes. :-) When I click on the RSS feeds and the menu list drops down, it will stay there. In other words, it's not collapsing back up as it usually does when you click outside the menu area. I have to 'refresh' the Truelaunch bar to get the drop down menu to close/collapse. This only happens on the RSS feeds.

Right-click the opened menu and trun off the option "Tear Off Menu".
