Additions to TLB Context menu brought over from shell menu

I use the "shell menu in submenu" option, but would like to see a couple of important items from the shell menu included in the main TLB context menu.

In addition to "Delete" "Rename" options that are already there, I would like to see some other important and frequently used options placed in that area of the TLB context menu.

They are:
"Cut"
"Paste"
"Properties" (It's only included now for some items right clicked on, not all files)

I'd like to see these additions in the main TLB context rather than having to go into the shell menu to find them.
