can't see tlb in toolbar

I just installed on a new Win 7 64 bit system, Right clicked taskbar to start it up and TLB is not in the list displayed by the Toolbars menu item. But then neither is Quicklaunch.

They are both also missing if I go in via the Properties menu item. I've tried it both with and without the language bar active.

I checked the REGEDIT entry under Policies and there a no keys there.

A friend has TLB running on same OS, so I know it will work, what am I missing?

I guess you've installed 32 bit TLB. You have to install 64-bit TLB to use it on the taskbar. Please note the version 4.4 have two separate packages for 32 and 64 bit Windows.
