Toolbars or Menus Extend to Second Monitor
Is it possible to have a toolbar or menu extend into a second monitor? My "Programs All Users" folder has hundreds of entries. I have to truncate the column size to get it to fit on one monitor, and even then it has to have scrollbars. I have a second monitor, but TLB does not appear to allow its elements to extend into the second monitor from the first one.
