Any time I put more than 2 icons on my True Launch Bar, all the open app buttons on the taskbar are moved to a single button on the right next to the system tray. A set of up/down arrows appears next to the button, allowing me to scroll through the open apps; however, this not only takes far too long, it makes it impossible to see at a glance which programs I've got open. How can I get my standard taskbar back? I'm using XP3 and TLB 5.2.

Unlock the taskbar and change the width of the TLB toolbar. Also maybe you have to set the option TLB Settings->Toolbar->General->Minimum size into something smaller. This option is the minimum buttons you want to see on the toolbar.

Many thanks! I'm not sure how to change the width of the TLB toolbar, but unlocking the taskbar solved the problem.
