I recently purchased and installed Win7 SP1/64 bit. I installed and registered TLB 5.3 64bit version.

I can activate TLB, but I can't get rid of the Win7 default task bar and it's not listed as a quick launch "toolbar" (like it is in XP) If I right click on the Win7 taskbar to select a different toolbar I only see the following choices: address, links, tablet pc input panel, true launch bar, desktop and another instance of "true launch bar" with a check mark showing it's enabled.

Every time I select "TLB" as my tool bar, I just get another "TLB" toolbar. I have read the FAQ file which has 1 entry for Win7, but that entry is not my particular problem.

How do I get rid of the Win7 taskbar, and make TLB the only taskbar visible?

edit: I just went back to the FAQ and saw I missed the "howto" section. It seems that in Win7 you can't get rid of the taskbar and must use TLB as a stand alone toolbar. I will try it, but I don't like it. Sad

Thanks.

I don't think that's true.......

I only use the stand alone on TOP
and I have the TLB (Primary on the bottom)

I do have about 2" of the task bar on the bottom; but thats to leave room for open applications....

Better check further
