Only standard quick lauch at startup

Hi,

I have just installed the TLB and I have a problem. I have set up 5 TLB's, 1 TLB and 4 standalone TLB on the left/top but after restart only the standard quick lauch toolbars appear instead of mine, so I have to switch them one by one to get back to my versions.
Suggestions?

For the Standalone TLB:
Right-click the empty space of any toolbar and select "Toolbar Properties". Turn on the option "Run on system startup"
