With more customers, Yuri can devote more resources to improving TLB.

I posted this review at the CNET download site (download.com):

"Massively Improves the Efficiency of Windows"

Pros: TLB supplements the Windows taskbar with an infinite number of toolbars that can be placed anywhere on the screen (autohide optional). The toolbars and the subsidiary menus and items can be precisely tweaked. The author swiftly answers questions.

Cons: The version that integrates with the Windows taskbar seemed a bit troubled on Windows 7, but the "standalone" version of TLB works great on Windows 7.

Summary: I would never try to make a Windows toolbar again. TLB is infinitely easier and more powerful. I am surprised that Bill Gates has not bought out Yuri, the author.

I've never had an issue with TLB and Windows 7 so your review may actually hurt him more then helping with the amount of people replacing old hardware and going from XP to Windows 7..
