can I have two line icon in launch bar?
It is a waste of space when using small icon

Yes, it is possible. You have to decrease the value TLB Settings->Toolbar->Sizes->Buttons margin height

If this not working, try to set the Buttons background color. This will make the buttons margins less and toolbar can have two rows.
