Menu layout question

Is there anyway to have a column of smaller icons next to a larger one in a menu like this:

The separator in the second column have the column break.

Thanks Yuri, it's almost what I want - I would prefer the the column widths be adjusted to fit the button widths. i.e. unequal column widths

Currently it is impossible to change the columns width
