how to make toolbar free floating

i am newbie to TLB and sometimes i find the toolbar i created covers the icons on my desktop that i need to use so how can i make the true launch toolbar free floating or just so i can move it around and re position it.

You can use the Standalone TLB to make the floating toolbar (shortcut in Stat->All Programs->True Launch Bar). This toolbar can cover only part of the screen side.

thanks for the reply. i understand that you can set the toolbar to left,right,top,bottom but is it possible to move the toolbar a bit, for example when the toolbar is opened it sometimes covers an icon i need and wont let me move it out of the way and i have to turn off the toolbar click the icon then re enable the toolbar if needed. if this isnt possible then i think it might be a good idea to add in future versions................

It is possible not only set the toolbar to left,right,top or bottom, it is possible to move it a bit. Look this video:
