Portability of TLB

I have used this for years, but my current employer is getting much more strict on what can be installed on out laptops. I can use programs from my USB drive and was trying to figure out a way to have TLB installed on my USB to use when I plug it, but not have it installed directly on my laptop.

Anyone have any ideas?
