• Added "Show standard tooltips" option to show the shell tooltips for regular buttons/menu items.
  
• Now it is possible to change the tooltips style using CSS.

The attached zip contains files:
tip-example.html - template for tooltips
default-tips-style.css - default CSS for tooltips
test-tips.css - example of custom style (yes it is ugly)

Unzip files and select test-tips.css in the TLB Settings->Tips->Appearance ->Tooltips style
