Feature Request - Reloadable Configs

Hey Yuri,

Love the new web scraper plugin, very nice. I have several computers that I sync application settings to however the changes are not able to be replicated for True Launch Bar settings.

I was wondering if there was a way you could change TLB to load the config, close the file and watch for changes. If the underlying config file changes it would re-load the config and close the file again.

This good idea. I'll try to make this feature. Not in the next version, but I've added it into my to-do list.
