Speed of popups

Hi Yuri,

Some time ago I suggested that the speed that a multi item appears could be set to an absolute value, so all columns of all sizes would move with the same speed. You seemed to like the idea.

Currently, the items appear in a set time - that means that tall columns shoot up and the shorter items are much slower. At the moment I have to tailor the hight of my menus to keep the speeds as constant as possible.

If that idea still on the to-do list or will it no longer be implemented? It is not that much of a major issue, I'd just like know.

Thank you for this implementation. The options have the desired effect but the animation does not seem to be too smooth - I am using the 'slide' option. The taller the menu the more noticeable the effect. Also, even with the speed set, the taller menus seem to move faster - I don't know if that is an illusion or not. I can produce a screencast if you would like.
