Transparent toolbar / normal icons

Hi Yuri,

Would it be possible to make a toolbar that was completely transparent & yet have the icons on it untouched by the transparency? (ie. The icons are in full color & unaffected by the transparency of the tooolbar)

If not a completely transparent toolbar then an almost transparent one? Again, with the icons on it appearing in full bright color?

This would be especially nice to have in the menus
