For the first time in a VERY long time this version really messed up all my hard-earned settings...

1: Icon sizes are all over the place; some are my custom size while others are very BIG (3-4 times normal).
2: Text on all my custom screens are very LARGE.

In an attempt to revert back to 7.3 my original settings were not returned (even with a TLB restore point). I finally had to use Revo Uninstaller to do a complete TLB uninstall which also removed all my plug-ins.

I rebooted the computer, installed 7.3, all plug-ins & did a TLB restore. That finally got everything back to normal.

As 7.3.1 is no longer installed, I can't send any logs for it.

I have a suspicion about this problem...
My System...
* Win 10 Pro.
* WQHD monitor 1440 x 2560.
* Display size set to 175% (this may be the problem).

Thank you for the feedback. Looks like I have to make the option for DPI-scaling and turn off it for existing toolbars. If you already use TLB with high DPI screen you've set the larger icon sizes and fonts. With new version all sizes were scaled.
