Let other windows hover over TLB

with my set up right now, I have TLB spaced out across the bottom of my monitor and I used the metrics tab to leave a space on the right hand side for a program I use called klipfolio and I have it set to always on top, but whenever I click an icon on TLB it covers it up.

My idea is to make a priority option for always on top, so like for some windows, TLB is hidden and for other it is showing.

Anybody think this would be a good idea?

Unfortunately, this is a Windows "feature", not TLB. However, Yuri is working on a stand-alone version of TLB, and I think this would be a great addition to that project.
