Desk Bar Option in Windows - Can it be uised?

Hello Everyone
Do you know about this? Hold down 'Ctrl', then click Start>Settings>Taskbar & Start Menu. You'll notice that a new tab will be there: 'Desk Bar Options'. You can't do anything with it, but this seems to be an unfinished feature of Windows 98. Perhaps somehow this could be used for making settings or something else. We do not know if it is found in other versions of Windows.

Couldn't replicate this in Windows 2000, so I guess MS abandoned the idea Smile

XP doesn't even have that option on the start menu anymore...

Oh well - it was a nice thought anyway. Here is what it looks like. Probably an unused idea that developed another way.
