Now create a virtual folder to your video collection.
Then open a windows media player and drag a video file onto the open player. (haven't tested with other players yet). and see what happens.
Your system should hang then for some time doesn't it? would it be possible to fix this or is this deep problem with windows....

well I tested this some more and it seems it has disappeared when I killed some task process I don't remember it's name, if I will find it again I will tell you it's name. Not the first time this kind of thing happens, there is some program that I have that just doesn't work with TLB without making TLB unusable I will search for it when I have time I just don't have much time in my PC these days.
