TLB changin priorities - explorer.exe

Is it possible that TLB is forcing explorer.exe to be high priority, I can no longer change priority on explorer.exe, it always gets back to high and this is the only shell extension I have installed. Does it force it and is there a way to everride?

It would be best to first find the actual cause of the problem...

Have you tried rebooting with TLB disabled? Check if explorer.exe is 'working' properly then, and if so, try enabling TLB and watch if anything changes...
