1) In the 'Skins' settings tab, you can choose what to apply the skin to. But if I uncheck both boxes, the menu is still skinned. Checking the 'menu' box only seems to change some colors. What exactly is the "menu" ?

If this option is turned off skin will be applied only to menu caption and to separators. But this is a bug when Preview Windows shows background

2) I have a virtual folder to my desktop and am using that to test the sort options. As soon as I click "Arrange by runs count", I see the shortcuts being re-arranged. But if I click that same option again or toggle "Auto-arrange" or even when I re-open the menu (with auto-arrange on), I see some shortcuts arranged slightly different, each time again. Probably the shortcuts that keep moving around have been run 0 (or just equal?) amount of times, but is it normal for them to move around randomly?

Again a bug It must order by name items with same "runs count".
