or I could have saved you having to look into this.
I have been running TLB under Vista with NO problems
(Except for the recent .8 beta that doesn't save your text color settings) Sad

For those that may read this, Yuri is 100% correct..
Open your Internet Explorer 7.0 window
You need to click "Tools" just under your tabs.
Then "Internet Options" and under "Browsing" about half way down
Check the box to the left of "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)"
Click Ok

Now TLB will work :0)
