You can do this yourself
1. Open up the Components Manager by either
1.a. Right click on your TLB bar and selecting TLB Settings... >> General Options >> Check for updates...
1.b. Go to the root folder of TLB and run tlbupd.exe
Click on Favourites
2. Here select which items you want to be updated automatically by clicking on the text under the Actions columns and set them to Install Latest Version
3. Create a new Scheduled Task (Control Panel >> Scheduled Tasks)
4. Select the Components Manager from the list. Click next.
5. Set the timeframe you wish to use for updating TLB. Click Next.
6. Again set the various options to your liking. Click Next.
7. Enter your user password. Click Next
8. Check the Open advanced properties for this task when I click finish Click Finish
9. Under the Run field add /S to the end of the text shown Click OK
The component manager will now run in silent mode when you wanted it to.
It will only ask you to install the actual TLB program all the rest should install automatically if they do not require a restart.
