Shell Version:6.0.2800.1145
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2800.1106
TLB version: 2.2.0.11

I run True Launch Bar 2.2.0.11 and have no problem with resources. Further my Mail Monitor tips work fine. So it's not a general problem.

Might want to review your system.
