Doug,

If I'm not mistaken, it looks like it's in the .ini file:

>[Separators]
>Transparent = True
>TransparentColor = 0xFF00FF
>Horz = sephorz.bmp, 60, 0 0
>Vert = sepvert.bmp, 6, 0 0
>Menu = menuseparator.bmp, 8, 5 5
