Refreshing TLB refreshes everything in that bar. Therefore, Net Monitor, Weather Monitor, etc. will start from scratch.

Which is a major pain when explorer.exe decides to misbehave and crashes.

I can handle my weather being updated at this point, but not zeroing out a count. I don't know if the registry holds this kind of performance data so I'm off to investigate.

I must agree with oxzar on this . The uptime should be from the establishment of a net connection, not since the last time explorer.exe crashed on me.
