Delphi is my way to go, don't know about yours 
. Been working with it for the last couple of years now, and in that time it has become my fulltime job... the only downside I can think of is the fact that TLB and it's samples are written in C++, but that's just a matter of getting this baby running
I've attached the code so far, hope I didn't miss anything. It's by far not what I want it to be when it comes to clean code and reusability, hardcoded some things in there, but that's of later concern...
