Yuri, there are many locations (in different plugins) where quotes are omitted when the browse button is used...

I noticed some fields do not require this (even when spaces are used)... for example, the Mail Monitor's "Play sound" in filtering rules works fine with the unquoted value:
D:\My Documents\bla.wav

But, for example, the Net Monitor's "Run command on click" field does not work if a filename with spaces is selected using the browse button... Quotes have to be included manually...

Maybe it would be good idea to make this behaviour (quotes required or not) consistent between all plugins, and also include quotes when using the browse button.
