TLB v2.2.0.17 - update only

Use TLB LiveUpdate to update TLB up to version 2.2.0.17 RC3

Fixed bugs:
* Color is not saved when move titles
* Actual and min size can be incorrect
* TLB does not save Enable/Disable tips option
* The height of multicolumn menus can be not the best
* Resource leaks

Also you can update Mail Monitor up to v.1.9.9. In this version Resource leaks have been fixed.

All updates are accessible only via LiveUpdate.

Houston, we have a problem...

2.2.0.17 RC3 breaks one of my menus. As I move the mouse over areas where the menu *should* be, here's what I see:

It breaks 2 multicolumn menu columns but 3 and 4 works fine.

I can confirm that Hardgiant is correct in that it only seems to happen on 2-column multi-column menus.

Thank you very much. The problems not in columns count - the problem in separators. If you will remove them that all will be OK. Anyway I've found the bug and will fix it.
