update files - where?

could someone tell me where the .exe's are, that the TLB updater downloaded, i need them to put on CD and can't find them anywhere on my PC

or are they deleted after they have been installed??

They all in the updates folder in TLB installations. But note some of that files is update of prev. version not full installation.
