Move to Bottom

I discovered "Appearance > Move to the bottom" and tested it on a True Launch Bar full of icons (not on a menu). All icons below the one clicked are now stuck at the bottom of the True Launch Bar when I resize it.

How do I undo "Move to the bottom?"

Select "Move to the bottom (or right)" for the same shortcut and that must the topmost from the bottom section (or the leftmost from the right section).

I must admit there is no indication whether this bottom/right option is turned on or off for a shortcut. For example, there's no checkmark in front of the context-menu item.
