just a few noobs questions :)

Hi ! I'm new to this Forum, and i hope we'll have a good time here.
So here is my question:
If i add a shortcut oder something, and it's the first in the whole true launch bar, than it opens by clicking always a new browser windows that connects to the true launch bar website. How can i change this ?

and cuz i'm not that good in english, i'd like to know if there is any german support ?

ofcourse my True launchbar is registered, i hope i did it right.
