UPDATE

found out how to do it. I've got another question:

When I mark the message as "Read", why is it when I visit my gmail account through my browser, that message is still marked as "Unread". How to fix this? Or how to make this?

Thanks again.

Mail Monitor use the POP3 protocol to access mailboxes. Unfortunately this protocol don't support marking messages as read/unread on server. Marking messages as read in Mail Monitor stop the "new message" notification only.

that's sad.

another question,

if I delete it through mail monitor, will it also delete on the site?

EDIT:

can I make the "text links" on the message be a "link"?

You can mark messages as read in Gmail automatically when they are read via POP3...

Log in to your gmail account on the webpage and go to the settings, then choose "Forwarding and POP". Then choose: When messages are accessed with POP: archive Gmail's copy (or trash it).

Messages can be deleted from your POP3 inbox, and there is no need to delete them from Gmail's archive, since it cannot 'overflow'... If you insist that the message must be deleted from the archive, you'll have to log on the webpage.
