Hi I have just installed TLB and I am having trouble removing the Titke "True launch bar. I mean this is valuable taskbar space wasted on text that does not do anything. Is it possible to remove it?

Yes, this is possible, of course...
TLB Settings > Toolbar > Hide toolbar title
