Searched the forums, read the FAQ and the manual... then thought about it to try to solve my requirements.

Last resort is to ask a question.

I have a mobile PC that when docked would like a certain toolbar that points to folders on the HDD in the docking station, and when undocked a toolbar that works to the internal HDD in the notebook.

Now I have set up two toolbars that do the above but I have to manually select them.

Is there any way to auto sense the change by using say 'Profiles' within XP?

As no programs change or run different to the two states of docked and undocked I can't get auto sensing to do the switch for me.

Any thoughts?

David.

This is very interesting idea. I plan to expand the autosensing to switch toolbars not only on application run but with any other conditions also.
