Okay okay apparently it was an ID10T error...
Not sure how, but I had v4.1... I purchased it from Bits Du Jour last week--pretty sure I downloaded the trail version from there. Maybe it was offered on BDJ when it was in version 4.1 and they accidently used the old download file(??) I will email them just in case. Oddly, I'm sure I remember letting it "Check for updates" at the end of the installation... IDK
Anyway, sorry for wasting your time Yuri--thanks again fro the prompt replies!
EDIT: I posted it on their forum. Yuri, if you get other newbies with this issue in the next couple weeks, see if they got the download from BDJ... :wink:

kunkel321, you can use the same key for version 5.4 as for 4.1 all updates are free for True Launch Bar.
