Questions about mediacontrol and menu items

Hi! I've installed tlb v4.1, and now i've two questions for you:

1. How can i put mediacontrol plugin on the right of the bar (near tray icons)?
2. If i make many menu on the bar i get this result:


as you can see, the space between "window and help" items is smaller than the space between "file and go" items...how can i resolve this problem?

1. If you mean putting the media control on the right side of the tray icons that is not possible, but you can create a second toolbar next to it that only has the media controller running.

2. Right Click on the toolbar then select TLB Settings..., open up the Toolbar page and check the Same Width For All Buttons with Text and see if that helps you.
