Can't get bar to show up

I just bought and installed this app, but am about to pull my hair out.

I didn't realize it defaults to the top of the screen, so it took me forever to figure out why it wasn't showing up. I just want to have the app as a replacement for my current task bar / quick launch. I tried to get it to show up at the bottom of the screen, but the only thing I succeeded in doing is hiding it from all view. I can get to TBL Settings, but I can't figure out how to make it show back up on the desktop. 2nd, I want it at the bottom of the screen.

Is that possible with this app?

To open TLB on the taskbar, right-click the taskbar point the "Toolbars" submenu and select "True Launch Bar..."

*Note - In Win7 using TLB v5.4, I had to UN-check "lock taskbar" before selecting "True Launch Bar" from the toolbar menu. If "lock taskbar" was checked the TLB bar would not appear. Once TLB is selected from the toolbars menu I could lock the taskbar again.
