Can't Register after update.

Hi all,

I've been using TLB for 2 years, and running WinXP.

Now i've just updated from 4.4 to 5.4, but after installation i can't register TLB with my registration info and key, and now i'm going on Demo Mode.

any tip on this? what can i do?
