menu always open?

hello, I got a question regarding the WindowsList plugin and tlb generally: how can I make a menu always open? I'm trying to make the "Windows List" plugin show me the open programs on my vertical taskbar. I was able to skin and size it properly but i dont want to click on it to see what applications I'm running. This way I could get rid of windows7 taskbar completely.

btw. I know I can open it with a hover but I want it to be always open, even right after tlb starts.
btw2. Maybe there is a diferent way to show contents o the Windows List plugin? or a diferent way to show active running programs in TLB?

You can tear off the menu and the torn off menus can be always opened. There are 3 ways to tear off menu:
1) Right-click in menu and select "Tear Off Menu" menu item
2) Open the menu and press CTRL+T
3) Drag the menu caption

When menu become torn off, right-click the menu and select some additional options.

To auto-open the torn off menus on TLB startup, right-click the menu button, select Appearance->Load on Startup
