TLB | right-click popup on file | Appearance | Change Icon
It would be helpful if when the above is performed, the dialog had an option to select the icons from the program. Currently you have to select "Browse for file..." already have cut-n-pasted program full path into the clipboard and then paste it into the new dialog which appears.
