Just a remark: there are several ways to get the current system up time, and in some other programs I've already discovered a problem with one of these methods. You problably guessed it, it's the same method used by TLB Uptime plugin.

The problem only appears on a computer (laptop) that can go in standby mode. Each time it resumes from standby mode, 2 days are added to the uptime.

On NT/2000 you can use the performance counter to obtain the system uptime, and it does not have the described problem.

Of course, one could argue how uptime should be defined when standby mode is used: should it keep the boot-time constant which is practically impossible, or should it show the time the computer was actually running (which is the case with the NT performance counter).

In short, the uptime plugin is standby-incompatible Wink

Regarding uptime.

- Clear does not seem to work.
- if you set number of rows in history to 4 then uptime sets to 3 or number of rows to 5 then history sets to 4 and so on.

Maybe I am not familiar with history method but I can't understand the information shown.

- You can't COPY history information from history window to clipboard with CTRL C

- timers work very well.

Thank you very much for including the basic timer into the uptime plug in.

Already this has helped my job a great deal.

I like to ask for the following improvements which would make the timers one of the best.

Timer should have

- Countdown REPEAT. Countdown from user input time and then repeats the same countdown either for as many times as user chooses or for unlimited number of times.

- Countdown START – Countdown from user input time and then automatically start countup timer

- Interval countdown timing - Countdown once for example 2 minutes, next countdown 1 minute, next countdown 6 minutes, next countdown 5 minutes etc. Ability to save these custom countdown sets.

Countdown time nows goes up to 24 hours.

Please expand this to include countdown for year, month, day, hour.

I have several important work project dates over the next few months and countdown would be perfect to track them.

Thank you.
