This is what I would think to be perfect task switcher when using lot of programs... I know it's not gonna happen anytime soon but just for fun...
It would be made as a virtual folder in TLB so the button could be placed anywhere and it could be possible to turn of thumbnails for slower machines.. when you start to create task switcher you would ofcourse start without thumbnails but you should begin by making it this way, as a virtual folder instead of usual taskswitcher as it is in windows.
