Whenever I maximize a window, it covers the TLB. This pretty much defeats the purpose of the TLB. I looked in the settings for "always on top" but couldn't find it. Ver 2.2.

What can I do to fix it?

Right-click empty space of toolbar (or chevrone at the right/top side of toolbar) and select "Always on top" menu item. This is not feature of TLB this is std windows feature.

TLB would under the normal use be docked in your taskbar like quicklaunch.
