How can I parse foobar2000's (v0.7.2) current song text in the media control plugin?
I saw that it looked the same as foobar's window title (which I didn't bother to customize then) so in foobar I went to Preferences>Title Formating. There I edited the main window title thing but I didn't see any change in tlb after I restarted foobar and tlb. So where DO I set the parsing for that?

If we told you why we all silently, simultaneously, and unanimously decided to ignore you, that would spoil all the fun! Wink

Seriously, though, you're not being ignored. I don't know how to do what you're asking (I'd be interested in knowing, too!), so I didn't reply. I doubt Yuri (the author of TLB and the Media Control plugin) knows either, or he would have reponded by now. My suspicion is that it has something to do with the Foobar remote control plugin, and I'm not sure who wrote that.

The answer is read this

Then sombody might have an idea about how to help you. If you can't be bothered read the forum (and learn how to post) before you post I guess we'll keep on ignoring you.

If only plugins were open source *wink wink*...

Seriously, I can understand TrueLaunchBar not being open source. But making the plugins open source, or at least the more popular ones like media control, will allow us to modify them and customize them to our likings.
