I have already done that Ustas on the Windows XP customise forum and any other forum I'm on. I just think that if you are advertising the place to look at reviews on your front page it can't hurt to make sure that there are some good ones on there, posted by the people who use it regularly and like it. After all, if I or anyone else, directs people to your site and then they look at the reviews on cnet that you have advertised, and read lots of bad reviews, even though they are old and outdated ones, who's going to buy it?
Also there are thousands of people that use cnet so having NEW more relevant reviews on there from the people who have a registered version of TLB can surely only be a good thing.
Doug - while I agree that Chrisato has covered these points in the FAQ, many people only look at the FAQ when they have a problem and wouldn't necessarily think to look at how to promote it. Drawing peoples attention to it here though I think is a good thing as this is probably the most frequently viewed area; do you not agree?
Well I'd like to see other peoples reviews and comments on there anyway so here's hoping a few more people head over there.
:-)
